Being a bridal hairstylist allows me to get creative even on a Sunday.
Low evening sun and La Cité Carcassonne… I love being inside the inner castle walls, the perfect place for a photoshoot. For Charlotte’s hair I did some double plaiting around the base of her crown. Twisting the delicate hair vine through the plaits gives the style of an instant bohemian look. For Merel, I wanted soft beachy waves to complement both flower crown and head vine.
I so enjoyed this bohemian shoot in my neighbourhood town of Carcassonne.
It has such a fairytale, magical feel with its amazing old walls and surrounding river. It’s as if you were teleported to medieval times…
