Charlotte & Peter’s destination wedding France with a vintage theme.
There are days when being a bridal hairstylist leave you with such a feel good factor. Charlotte & Peter’s destination wedding France was one of them.
Nestled in the foothills of the Pyrenées is L’Abbaye Château de Camon, one of France’s top 5 castle hotels. With its history, charm and awesome food it is the perfect wedding venue – my local château.
Bride Charlotte wanted a vintage theme to her wedding day.
An original wedding dress, hair combs and jewelry were to be included for an authentic look. For the bridal hairstyle, I first curled Charlotte’s hair allover, barrel pined and added a few soft finger waves to the front. Once set and curled, I began to create the bridal look I had practiced in the hair trial a few month previously. A beautiful old bridal comb and a bird cage veil were added to create the vintage bride.
For the bridesmaid (Charlotte’s sister) I decided on some soft, loose curls with a lifted front and a lovely original comb to the side.
